Derek St. Holmes met Ted Nugent on the Detroit music scene, and the results included world tours and massive hits like "Stranglehold" and "Hey Baby."

Derek headed back to the scene of the crime on Camp Jam and NAMM's Ready-Set-Rock! Tour last weekend, showing up at Motor City Guitar, Huber and Breese, and Cameron's Music in Detroit. Our winners of the Rock Solo Contests were bassist Brandon Roberts, keyboarder Joe Parzych, and guitarist Ryan Weiland - way to go, guys!
