America’s most comprehensive summer rock music camp known for its mantra “No Canoes, Lots of Rock” is giving kids even more ways to rock out this spring and summer with its new book series Rock Solid.

Camp Jam: Rock Solid takes the aspiring rock musician from a beginner level all the way to playing in a rock ’n’ roll band in no time at all! Developed by some of the greatest rock musicians in the business, including Liberty DeVitto (former drummer for Billy Joel), Jim Peterik (guitarist/vocalist for Survivor), Peter Stroud and Tim Smith (guitarist and bassist for Sheryl Crow), the Camp Jam instructional program is packed with essential playing techniques that can be learned quickly and easily.

The series comes with an mp3 CD and includes Rock Solid: Guitar by Steve Freeman, Rock Solid: Bass by Don Klayman, Rock Solid: Keyboard by Pete Orenstein and Rock Solid: Drums by Liberty DeVitto and Sean Kennedy. Perfect for all musicians just starting out, as well as those with a few months of experience, the lessons and exercises are not only fun to play, but have already proven effective at Camp Jam locations in 16 cities across the United States.
