Camp Jam’s multi-level curriculum schools students in every aspect of playing in a real rock and roll band. From playing techniques, plenty of band rehearsal, song writing, to stage presence, Camp Jam’s variety of classes will turn the bedroom player into a bona fide rock star. Not only do you learn from a rock legend, you get to take the big stage on Friday.

If your child is ages 7 to 10, why not have them spend a week of fun jammin' out in their very own rock band, designing their own marketing packet, and participating in team building activities - all while learning from the best professional musicians in your area. That's what Camp Jam Kidz is all about ' a bunch of kidz, having a good time while learning how to rock out!

Camp Jam Day Camp (Ages 11-17)

Registration Fee Per Session: $549
Hours: Monday-Thursday 9am-4:30pm | Friday starts at 9am with the concert at 6pm

Session Dates: June 25 - 29

Camp Jam Kidz Camp (Ages 7-10)

Registration Fee Per Session: $399 (additional sessions $349)
Hours: Monday-Thursday 9am-3pm | Friday starts at 9am with the concert at 4pm

Session Dates: June 25 -29

Aftercare: Kids can stay up to 5:30 for $20 per child if paid in advance and $40 per week if paid at the camp.
Kids can be dropped off as early as 8:30 (BUT NO EARLIER) for no additional charge.

Camp Jam Denver Director: Gary Gutierrez Gary Gutierrez brings a variety of resources and experience to both kids and staff enrolled at Denver’s Summer Camp Jam. As the owner and founder of Boulder, CO’s largest privately owned music instruction studio called “The Lesson Studio,” he has been developing programs and lesson plans to provide young aspiring musicians an exciting environment to learn rock music. He is also a faculty guitar instructor for The University of Colorado’s Applied Music program, where 10 years ago he helped develop the current ensemble classes now available to university students. He also works or Boulder Creek Events where he works closely with bands both locally and nationally by booking them for festival stages. Gary attended The University of Colorado’s College of Music. He received 3 “Anderson” Scholarships and graduated in 2002. He has performed in both classical and Rock bands for over 20 years. He picked up playing guitar as a teenager himself.
