Camp Jam’s multi-level curriculum schools students in every aspect of playing in a real rock and roll band. From playing techniques, plenty of band rehearsal, song writing, to stage presence, Camp Jam’s variety of classes will turn the bedroom player into a bona fide rock star. Aftercare: Kids can stay up to 5:30 for $20 per child if paid in advance and $40 per week if paid at the camp. Kids can be dropped off as early as 8:30 (BUT NO EARLIER) for no additional charge.
Camp Jam Cleveland Director: Joey Jablonski Joey Jablonski is an active performer, conductor, and educator in the Northeast Ohio region. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Music from Mercyhurst College in Erie, Pennsylvania. While there, he studied Music Education and earned a dual concentration in Percussion and Guitar. Upon graduation, Jablonski was hired as the Assistant Marching Band Director and Drum line Instructor for Lake Catholic High School. Currently, he teaches privately at Stebal Drums, accompanies Cleveland State Modern Dance, and can be seen with the Cleveland State Jazz Combo, Justin Miller Band, and TrioJazz. Jablonski is currently working towards his Masters of Music in performance with a concentration in jazz studies from Cleveland State University.
