Camp Beats is Camp Jam’s premier Digital Music Camp. Whether you listen to Dubstep, Pop, House, Hip-Hop, Drum And Bass, or Ambient Electronica, Camp Beats instructors
will take you to the next level of DJ’ing and producing. Production and DJ Classes will 
be taught using Ableton, a Digital Audio Workstation for Programming Synthesizers, Recording, Sampling, Creating Drum Loops, and Live Performance. Students will Preform a live concert in front of a large audience of family and friends. 
The overnight program will have you jamming with live musicians, teach your child proper recording techniques with their side project band, and creating a soundtrack to your own MTV style music 
video.

Campers will learn all the techniques of programming Synthesizers, Mixing Recorded Tracks, DJ’ing in the Club Scene or as an effective member of a band. Beats campers will learn:

The CJ Beats curriculum was created by Camp Jam Beats staff Tyler Morris and Ryan Lindberg along with Grammy Award winning producer Darryl Swann and is derived from his Hal Leonard published book “Killer Song-Writing, Producing and Recording”.
