Adult Rock Camp 2010

Camp Jam's Rock n Roll Experience is perfect for rockers 21 and over. This 2 1/2 day experience features up close and personal instruction with your band culminating with a concert on Saturday night at the Hard Rock in Atlanta.

The weekend includes rehearsals with rock legends, insightful instruction and the opportunity to play on a professional stage.

Join Jeff Carlisi (founder/lead guitar/songwriter for .38 Special) along with Liberty DeVitto (long time drummer for Billy Joel), Jeff Adams (bassist, vocals for Starship), Peter Stroud (lead guitar for Sheryl Crow), Jimmy Hall (vocals, sax, harp, songwriter for Wet Willie) plus a special guest to be announced.

Thursday the experience begins with a private concert by the All Stars. They'll tell stories from their careers and how they wrote some of their big hits. Then the rockers take their instruments for a jam session with the All Stars. Thursday night you'll form your band and decide on a songlist.

Friday morning the All Stars work with your band as you're working hard to nail down your set. Lunch with a noted rock historian and the afternoon continues with more rehearsal time and lessons from the pros so you can learn the licks you've always wanted to. Friday night we'll all go to one of Atlanta's great restaurants (one of Jeff's favorites).

Saturday you will polish up our songs until mid-afternoon. Then it's off to Hard Rock for sound check and performance techniques. Finally, it's show time where you'll take the stage in front of a packed house under the lights. After your set, you'll be a partying rockstar with your New band, family and friends. To top it off, the Camp Jam All Stars take the stage for a memorable performance. Don't worry, you can watch it over and over with your professional DVD.

Camp Jam's videographer will be filming so you'll have a professional DVD to show your family and friends until the next time!!

$2295 includes admission for the weekend, meals, a professional DVD and cool swag. All rehearsals will take place at Crossover Studios, one of the finest facilities in the country, from February 18 -20, 2010.
